1. Who is the data controller?
e-mark, company registration (CVR) 38100378, Engdraget 28, 6091 Bjert, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data processed on e-marketingtools.com. Contact: support@e-mark.tech
2. What do we process, and why?
Savings Check. When you complete the Savings Check, we process your answers, your name, work email address and company name. We use them to show you your result and to follow up on it. We keep them on our contact list and may email you about your result, related tips and offers. The basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time, and every email contains an unsubscribe link. We delete contact details no later than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we have entered into an agreement.
"Send me the link" form. When you ask us to send you a link to the platform we use, we process your first name and email address, and we send you that link and may email you related tips and offers. The basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time. Retention is the same as above.
Purchases. When you buy a guide or product, we process your email address, name, billing address, phone number, company details and details about the purchase. Payment is made through Stripe, and we do not receive your card details. We use the data to deliver your order, send an invoice and provide support. The basis is our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b)) and our duty to keep accounting records (Article 6(1)(c)). We keep invoices and accounting records for 5 years after the end of the financial year.
Enquiries and support. We process the information you send us by email to answer you and solve your case. The basis is our legitimate interest in helping you and documenting the contact (Article 6(1)(f)).
3. Who receives the data?
- The provider of the business platform on which this website, our forms, our contact list and our emails run (our hosting and business-platform provider).
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Our provider of email delivery and accounting software.
We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it happens on a valid transfer basis, for example the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Cookies
e-marketingtools.com does not use cookies for statistics or marketing, and we do not use analytics or advertising tools on the site. If you go to a checkout, Stripe uses technical cookies that are necessary for secure payment and fraud protection. They are not used for marketing. If you log in to a customer or administration area, your browser stores a technical login so that you stay logged in.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to the processing, and receive your data in a common format. Write to support@e-mark.tech. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk) or your national data protection authority.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
