You can cancel your order of the DashNex User Manual and receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase, if you are not satisfied. You do not need to give a reason.

How to cancel

Write to support@e-mark.tech from the email address you used at checkout, and include your invoice number.

How the refund is paid

The amount is paid back to the payment card you used for the purchase within 14 business days after we have received your cancellation. The refund covers the full amount you paid, including any VAT.

What happens to your access?

When a refund is made, your access to the guide ends.

Costs charged by DashNex

The refund covers the price of the guide only. Costs charged by DashNex, for example credits you bought or used to set up a business environment, are billed by DashNex and are not refunded by us.
