Terms of Sale — DashNex User Manual
Version 1.0 · 20 October 2026
1. Who is the seller?
The DashNex User Manual is sold by e-mark, company registration (CVR) 38100378, Engdraget 28, 6091 Bjert, Denmark (the "Supplier"), through e-marketingtools.com.
- Questions about the guide: support@e-marketingtools.com
- Cancellation and refunds, invoices and VAT: support@e-mark.tech
These terms apply to all purchases of the DashNex User Manual on e-marketingtools.com and are accepted when the buyer completes the purchase in the checkout.
2. Who do the terms apply to?
The DashNex User Manual is sold to business customers only (the "Customer"). By ordering, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made on behalf of a business.
e-marketingtools.com is for customers established outside Denmark. Customers established in Denmark should buy the Danish version at e-mark.tech. By ordering, the Customer confirms that it is established outside Denmark. The Supplier may cancel an order from a customer established in Denmark and refund it in full, directing the Customer to e-mark.tech.
3. What does the Customer buy?
The Customer buys access to the DashNex User Manual: a digital, step-by-step guide to setting up a business account on the DashNex platform. The guide is read online on e-marketingtools.com. The price is a one-time payment. There is no subscription.
4. Price and payment
- The price is in US dollars (USD) and is exclusive of VAT where VAT is payable. The price shown in the checkout is the amount charged at the time of order.
- Payment is by card in the checkout via Stripe. An invoice is sent by email after payment.
- VAT. A Customer established in another EU member state sends its company VAT number to support@e-mark.tech within 14 days of the purchase. The Supplier verifies the number (for example in VIES). If the Customer is a business in another EU member state with a valid VAT number, the sale is made without Danish VAT under the reverse-charge rules, and the Customer is liable for VAT in its own country. If the VAT number is missing or invalid, or the Customer is otherwise liable for Danish VAT, VAT at the applicable rate is added to the price; the Supplier invoices the VAT amount separately, payable within 14 days. If the VAT amount is not paid within that time, the Supplier may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
5. Delivery
The guide is delivered digitally and immediately after payment, through the link on the confirmation page that appears after the purchase. A receipt is sent by email to the address used at checkout.
6. Cancellation and refund
See the Refund Policy. The Customer may cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days of the purchase.
7. License
The Customer receives a non-exclusive right to read and use the guide in its own business. The guide may not be copied, resold, shared with persons outside the Customer's business, or published.
8. Independence from DashNex, and referral links
The DashNex User Manual is an independent guide written by the Supplier. It is not an official DashNex product, and DashNex does not endorse it.
The guide and related emails contain a referral link to DashNex. If you sign up through the link and later buy credits, the Supplier may receive a commission, at no extra cost to you.
9. Updates and support
The guide may be updated when the DashNex platform changes. The Supplier does not guarantee that every step stays identical to the current version of the platform. Email support at support@e-marketingtools.com covers questions about the guide. Questions about DashNex's own service, account or billing are handled by DashNex.
10. Costs charged by DashNex
The platform's own costs, such as DashNex credits for setting up a business environment, hosting and other services, are set and billed by DashNex directly to the Customer. They are not part of the price of the guide. The Customer decides on and is responsible for its own use of the platform and its costs.
11. Liability
The guide is general information. The Supplier's total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount the Customer has paid for the guide, and does not cover indirect loss (for example loss of operations or profit). The limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are decided by the ordinary Danish courts.
13. Changes
The Supplier may change these terms. The terms that applied on the page at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
